(iv) any viruses, trojan horses, or other malicious software that could be transferred to or through our services by a third party, regardless of where the infection originated; (v) any goods supplied through or in association with the service, whether as part of the free home investigation service or not, including any reactions to allergy medications or other skin-related issues brought on by or associated with the application of the goods we sell; and  Regardless of the legal theory—strict liability, unlawful conduct, the agreement, warranty, or any additional theory—and whether or not Ninetynine Shine was informed that such losses may occur, these restrictions are applicable.
