At Ninety Nine Shine , we pursue customer satisfaction and that should encourage you to make that purchase today. Availability We have a return policy of 14 days from the time any item has been delivered to you.


As a policy, we kindly request that items must be in similar condition before return should be granted, unused, no signs of wear, all accessories, and lables should be intact, and the item should be returned in its packaging. You should also be able to produce the receipt or proof of purchase to us. To begin a return, one must have to send an e-mail to support@ninetynineshine and we will assist you. 

Please note: It will thus be the duty of clients to return the item to us.

Damages and issues

For this reason, at Ninety Nine Shine we are very proud of our products and wouldn’t wish to have you dissatisfied with your purchase. Please, kindly fulfill your rights as a customer by inspecting your orders when you receive them and let us know if the products you received are in any way defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will endeavor to assist you in the assessment of the problem and its rectification.


There is nothing you can get from this Website that you cannot return if it does not fit your expectations. An option for returning the product for full credit shall be provided to the buyer; however, the buyer must do so within 7 days from the date of delivery, excluding the cost of shipment. Please note that ninetynine shines. Under no circumstances will com be liable for the cost of shipping the abandoned shipment back to the original sender or for its insurance amount. It is suggested that you should take insurance of your returned products because we are not responsible for the not returned items or the items which are lost or damaged in transit.


Please be aware of the following fees for returns:

  • All the orders will have a restocking fee of 20 percent.
  • Made to order/On request: The sales proceeds are not refundable and thus the customer cannot return/exchange these products.
  • Please, do not send the product back before contacting us through the email support@ninetynineshine. com.
  • It is also important to note that sale items as well as gift cards are final sales, and we shall not be able to accept returns on them.

At ninetynineshine, we work hard to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with the products purchased. If you would like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the item in question and place an order for the new item you would like to exchange for it.
