Shipping Policy

We aim to ensure the prompt delivery of Ninetynine Shine products. Here’s what you need to know:

Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: The creation of each custom jewelry piece takes around 2 to 3 business weeks. Once production is complete, we will seek your approval before shipping the item.

Shipping and Delivery: After dispatch, deliveries typically take 6 to 9 business days to arrive. Please be advised that Ninetynine Shine cannot be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions or other unexpected issues. We do not ship to PO boxes. If a customer changes the delivery address while the package is in transit, any delays that result will be the customer’s responsibility.

Free Shipping: We provide free shipping to your specified address. However, any duties or taxes levied by local customs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Product Modifications: If a customer requests changes to the product before it is shipped, the production process will restart from the first day.
